A Natural Therapeutics Specialist, massage and body work therapist, energy healer, skilled life coach and educator for more than 30 years, I have worked with individuals to explore, create and integrate change in their life both physically and spiritually. Using experience and wisdom gained from my own life changes and transformation, I gently support others in their life process.

After transitioning from a 22-year career in the banking industry, I began my initial training in 1990 in Palo Alto, California at the Body Therapy Center and concluded in 1992 at the New Mexico School of Natural Therapeutics in Albuquerque, New Mexico receiving over 1000 hours of training. Continuing my education over the years, I am a certified herbalist and energy healer and hold certifications to practice Cranio-Sacral, Pregnancy Massage and Cupping Massage. Presently licensed in North Carolina, I maintain two active massage practices in Asheville – Around Town Massage and Butterfly of Light.

I joined the teaching team at the North Carolina School of Natural Healing in 2003 and have been active in teaching Swedish Massage Levels 1, 2 and Deep Tissue; Pregnancy Massage; Business, Ethics and other massage related lecture courses. I weave my personal energetic, spiritual, and practical life experiences to bring the art of massage and healing alive for students, always encouraging them to “BE” more of who they are!
